Wikipedia - Morocco national beach soccer team

The Morocco national beach soccer team represents Morocco in international beach soccer competitions and is controlled by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, the governing body for football in Morocco.

History

The national team has participated in the African Beach Soccer Championship nine times since 2006, and their best achievement is winning third place.

In their third appearance in the Mediterranean Beach Games, Morocco managed to beat Egypt to win bronze in the 2023 Mediterranean Beach soccer.

Marockos fotbollslandslag, även kallat Atlaslejonen, är det nationella fotbollslaget som representerar Marocko i internationella matcher. Det kontrolleras av Marockos fotbollsförbund och är medlem i både FIFA och CAF.

Marocko har vunnit Afrikanska mästerskapen en gång, 1976 på hemmaplan. De har också deltagit i fem FIFA-VM, med sin bästa prestation en åttondelsfinal 1986.

Marockos nuvarande FIFA-ranking är 22 och deras högsta någonsin är 10, uppnådd i april 1998.
