Universities AFC är ett nyzeeländskt fotbollslag baserat i Palmerston North. Klubben grundades 1999 och spelar för närvarande i Central Federation League, den tredje nivån av nyzeeländsk fotboll.

Universities AFC är ett sammanslagningslag som representerar Massey University och University of Waikato. Laget tränas av Enrique Sanchez och spelar sina hemmamatcher på Massey University Recreation Ground.

Universities AFC har vunnit Central Federation League vid tre tillfällen, 2002, 2012 och 2020. Laget har också representerat Nya Zeeland i OFC Champions League vid två tillfällen, 2013 och 2021.

Universities AFC är känt för sin offensiv och spelar ofta med en 4-3-3 uppställning. Laget har ett antal spelare som representerat Nya Zeeland på ungdomsnivå, inklusive Callum McCowatt och Elijah Just.
